Nancy DeMars-State Farm Insurance is looking for a motivated, independent producer who can recognize, multi-line and pivot to convert leads into long term business. You would be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency goals. Your ability to close business and retain business are important to your overall success. If you are not from this industry or licensed, we will help you become licensed and create a new career in this industry to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Out bound calls to solicit new business

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Out bound calls to solicit new business
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
